Creating departments in Glean allows you categorize your vendors accordingly. To add your companies departments follow the steps below:

  1. Select Manage

  2. Navigate to the Departments tab

  3. Select Add Department

  4. Complete Department Name

  5. Repeat until all are added

...then assign them to your vendors:

  1. Select desired Vendor

  2. Navigate to the Settings tab

  3. Select General edit (pencil)

  4. Select desired department

  5. All future invoices will now be mapped to the assigned department
