Glean allows you to seamlessly sync data directly to and from your General Ledger!
Adding your first general ledger will automatically enable Glean’s GL integration:
This will enable features, such as the ability to sync bills and bill payments, and level up your Glean experience!
When enabled, accounting details will be required to approve and pay invoices.
To set up your NetSuite integration with Glean follow the steps below.
Note:
You must be a NetSuite Admin to complete the integration.
Each entity is a Separate connection. Please repeat this process for any additional Netsuite entities that need to be linked
Step 1:
Navigate to Manage in Glean
Select the General Ledger tab
Click on Oracle Netsuite
Select Next on the screen below
In Netsuite:
Navigate the the Customization tab
Hover to SuiteBundler
Search & Install Bundles
List
Enter 391485
AppLink bundle will populate
Install the Bundle
In Netsuite:
Confirm the following settings are installed on the bundle:
Client SuiteScript
Server SuiteScript
Reset Web Services
Token-Based Authentication
In Glean:
Confirm you've added the settings
Confirm the link setup
Authorize the account you want to connect
