  1. Can I edit my default prepaid account?

    1. Yes, you can update the default account on the GL level at any time

    2. You can also update the account for a specific invoice when creating the schedule

  2. Can I edit active journal entries written to the GL?

    1. No, once an entry has been booked you can not update in Glean. Go directly to the ledger to make changes

  3. Can I edit pending journal entires?

    1. Yes, you can add, edit, or delete journal entries at any time prior to the booking date

  4. How will I reconcile the amortized journal entries?

    1. Glean prepay amortization entry for invoice: [invoice number] from [vendor]. See it in Glean: [link to invoice in Glean]
