ACH:

  1. How quickly do payments arrive?

    1. Next Day: Initiated before 12pm (et) & under 150K

    2. 2 Business Days: Initiated after 12pm (et) & under 150K

    3. 3-5 Business Days: Over 150K

  2. How much does a payment cost?

    1. ACH payments are free!

  3. What is the transaction limit on a single payment?

    1. You can make a single payment for up to $500,000

  4. Will the bill payments sync to the GL?

    1. Yes! Payments will sync to the general ledger once the funds land with the vendor

  5. How does bulk pay work?

    1. Each transaction will be a separate line item in the bank statement

    2. Payment will show as Company Name | Invoice Number | Paid via Glean

Check:

  1. How quickly do payments arrive?

    1. Checks are cut same day if before 5pm (et), and mailed to your vendor via USPS. They typically land within 3-5 business days but can take longer depending on location.

  2. How much does a payment cost?

    1. Check payments are free!

  3. When are the funds pulled from my bank?

    1. Once the check is cashed you'll see the transaction in your statement. Glean does not have visibility into when the check is cashed

  4. When is the bill marked as Paid in Glean?

    1. Once the check arrives with your vendor we mark it as paid.

  5. Will the check payments sync to the GL?

    1. Yes! For QBO and Xero you can turn on "check bill payments." Once delivered, we will close out the payment object.

International:

  1. How quickly do payments arrive?

    1. Payments will arrive within 4-5 business days

  2. How much does a payment cost?

    1. For a vendor payment made in USD to an international bank there is a per payment fee of $10 + %2 of the payment amount up to a maximum of $25

  3. Will the bill payments sync to the GL?

    1. Yes! Payments will sync to the general ledger once the funds land with the vendor

    2. We will write a journal entry for any fx gain/loss to the defaulted account
