Glean.ai

Within Glean, you will be able to find four reports that will be able to help give you an overview and drill down into where things stand with your organization! All reports can be filtered as necessary and are able to be downloaded as CSV files. 

1. Can be looked at either the vendor or approver level
2. For a detailed view download the report 
3. To pull the As of report select the download icon on the right hand side and select the date

1. Overview of payments completed and scheduled in a given time period 
   
    

1. For any schedules generated in Glean this report will show the completed and outstanding journal entries 
   
     

1. This report features any bill that has been written to the ledger via Glean in a specific time period
2. Select the Account Period dates you want to export
 1. Note: The larger the dataset, the longer the download can take.

2. Cash Out Report
