Hi all-

We will be moving our AP invoice approval process over to Glean.ai starting [date]. In addition to our approval workflows you can leverage Glean for spend insights and visibility.

You will receive welcome emails from Glean tomorrow and will need to accept the invite and create a password.

Brief overview on Glean below:

Notifications: Glean will send an email every time an invoice requires your approval, or if you're tagged in a comment

Vendor Dashboard: Each of your vendors has a dashboard where you can see historical invoices, payment status', store documents input vendor details and leave comments

Spend Insights: Your homepage will update in real time as invoices come through and has gleans highlighting upcoming renewals, spend alerts and has a 1-click variance analysis to compare both vendors and line items month over month.

Benchmarking: Glean provides vendor benchmarking data both in the app and via a support request, so leverage them prior to renewals
