Glean not only alerts you of potential accruals but automates the schedule creation and journal entry postings.
Set a default accrual account:
Go to Manage on the left hand side
Select General Ledger
Click on the Pencil icon on the right hand side
Select your Accrual Account
Create an accural from the report:
Select Recent Gleans from home page
Filter for Potential Accruals
Select the vendor you want to accrew
Create accrual without the alert:
Navigate to the vendor page
Select [...] on the right hand side
Select Create Accrual
