  1. How do I know if a payment failed?

You will receive an email from Glean letting you know.

2. Why did my payment fail?

It could be one of many reasons, such as:

  1. Payment details were not entered correctly

  2. The vendor's payment information has changed

  3. ACH information was used for an international payment (ACH can only be utilized for domestic payments)

3. What do I do if a payment failed?

If a check or international payment fails please contact support@gleancompany.com

For ACH payments:

  1. Navigate to the failed invoice

  2. Click Failed

  3. Select Retry
